The Jiggle Pass is an unbelievably fast and deceptive pass and is not known to many magicians. Given practice, it is virtually invisible.
The pass was originally marketed as a mimeographed manuscript by "Snyder's Magic Shop", in the Cleveland, Ohio Greyhound Bus Station in the days before zip codes. The full manuscript has been typeset, re-illustrated, and reissued with the approval of Neal Elias.
The Jiggle Pass was devised by Bob Taylor and is based on a Pass described in a book by Hatton and Plate. Taylor changed the handling and worked out the pressure points that permitted the unbelievably fast transposition of the packets. He worked as a bartender and did magic tricks based on sleights used to cheat at cards. Neal Elias appreciated the value of the pass and developed several variations which are also described in the book.
